Effective presentation needs to meet three requirements: to grab audience attention, to be understood, to build a true dialogue. To do so, everyone has usually very little time for preparing and little time for speaking. It means to be able to extract the main ideas in a content which is ordinary very detailed and complex in order to adapt them to listeners who needs clear information and well structured arguments (and whose goals may be different t!).

PARTICULARITÉS PÉDAGOGIQUES
- Program is highly participative with each attendee giving several types of “real world” presentations. Videotape and individual critique are used after each presentation. Positive aspects of each presentation are reinforced and options are given for turning negatives into positives
- Problem solving and experiences sharing on actual issues and difficulties met by the trainees constitute one of the principal part of the seminar
- Theoretical knowledge is only given when indispensable, as the priority goes to concrete situation studying
- The trainer adds personalized recommendation
